• 持政府認可之社會工作副學士 / 高級文憑 / 文憑證書，香港中學會考中、英文科 (課程乙) 合格 / 香港中學文憑考試中、英文科 2 級或以上，註冊社工；
  
• 負責日間綜合職業復康服務之個案工作；
  
• 為服務使用者及家屬 / 照顧者提供輔導，協助推行照顧者工作；
  
• 起薪點參考公務員總薪級表 (MPS)，會按工作經驗考慮薪酬；
  
• 工作時間可商議；將軍澳區工作。
