- To provide general office administrative supports, including but not limited manage office supplies & procurement, arrange facility and equipment maintenance, insurance etc;
- To coordinate, sourcing and negotiating with supplier / contractors on office supplies, facilities and equipment maintenance;
- Assist in day-to-day human resources operations including but not limited to recruitment, C&B administration and training;
- To arrange and handle all local express;
- Assist in organizing company activities;
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
- Graduate / diploma with 1-3years administrative experience in sizeable company;
- Strong interpersonal skills with good telephone manner;
- Pleasant personality, detail minded, organized, responsible and effective problem solving and decision making;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Familiar with PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing)
- Willing to learn and take up challenges;
