job description


  • To provide general office administrative supports, including but not limited manage office supplies & procurement, arrange facility and equipment maintenance, insurance etc;
  • To coordinate, sourcing and negotiating with supplier / contractors on office supplies, facilities and equipment maintenance;
  • Assist in day-to-day human resources operations including but not limited to recruitment, C&B administration and training;
  • To arrange and handle all local express;
  • Assist in organizing company activities;
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required.


  • Graduate / diploma with 1-3years administrative experience in sizeable company;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good telephone manner;
  • Pleasant personality, detail minded, organized, responsible and effective problem solving and decision making;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Familiar with PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing)
  • Willing to learn and take up challenges;
