Learning & Development Manager
Your new company
We are currently partnering with a Global Retail Firm and they are going through a rapid transformation. In order to keep up with their growth, they are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to lead the learning and development initiatives.
Your new role
You will be reporting to the Country General Manager and you will look after the learning and development initiatives in Hong Kong, China and Korea. As an L&D manager, you will be responsible for identifying training and development needs and formulating annual training plans. You will also be responsible for organising and delivering training to staff, which will include leadership and analytical skills that are in line with the business. You will also act as an internal performance assessor and perform projects as assigned by management. This role is based in Hong Kong, with minima travel required. .
What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:
- A Degree in Human Resource / Business or related disciplines
- Knowledge of the environment and culture in China
- 3 years of HR experiences in private / public sectors in HK and China
- Ability to drive changes with results
- Spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is compulsory
