job description

  • Assist project team in installation, commissioning and configuration;
  • Perform regular maintenance and emergency support works;
  • Provide on-site technical and user support as well as troubleshoot on malfunction; and
  • Handle ad-hoc job tasks as assigned.


  • Holder of diploma in computing, Electrical and or equivalent;
  • 1 year relevant working experience in customer support will be an advantage but not essential;
  • Patient, responsible, hard working and able to work under pressure; and
  • Immediate available is preferred
