- Assist project team in installation, commissioning and configuration;
- Perform regular maintenance and emergency support works;
- Provide on-site technical and user support as well as troubleshoot on malfunction; and
- Handle ad-hoc job tasks as assigned.
- Holder of diploma in computing, Electrical and or equivalent;
- 1 year relevant working experience in customer support will be an advantage but not essential;
- Patient, responsible, hard working and able to work under pressure; and
- Immediate available is preferred
