- Be responsible for the monthly consolidation and regional financial reporting to be submitted to headquarter
- Maintain full sets of books and records at the company level.
- Provide all accounting data and relevant information for the preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual management accounts.
- Prepare annual statutory accounts and associated reporting requirements. Acts as the main contact for liaison with external auditors.
- Review the sub-modules, such as AR and AP during the month end closing process.
- Prepare monthly management reports and business analysis as required.
- Handle the lease accounting under IFRS16
- Responsible for regulatory compliance matters including company secretarial work
- Review balance sheet and bank reconciliations. Handle inquiries from different stakeholders including headquarter.
- Prepare accounts receivable and credit reports.
- Handle inventory and swap inventory accounting.
- Handle tax review and planning with high level support from the Supervisor, Financial
- Summarize the KPI of the finance team and prepare a dashboard for Quality Management Team
- University degree in accounting, finance and related discipline.
- Recognised professional accounting qualification
- Strong languages proficiency in English and Chinese
- Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably in MNC with import/export activities in Asia, especially in SEA region.
- Good knowledge in IFRS financial accounting and consolidation
- Familiar in ERP system (Oracle), FCCS and SmartView is a plus
