The Administration Manager will have the following duties
- To be responsible for a team of admin around 10 people in the office
- Vendor negotiation and handling office procurement
- HR matters- recruitment, on-boarding. offboardng, appraisals and people management
- Budgeting for the department and cost management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders
- Work-flow and leave management - ensuring deliverables are to compliance and standards
The Administration Manager will have the following duties
- Higher Education in Business Administration or relevant studies
- Over 8 years solid experience in a Administration manager role
- Candidates MUST have worked the Legal Industry
- HR experience - solid understanding of HK Labour Law
- Strong language skills- fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Must be proactive, a team player, open minded
