The Administration Manager will have the following duties

  • To be responsible for a team of admin around 10 people in the office
  • Vendor negotiation and handling office procurement
  • HR matters- recruitment, on-boarding. offboardng, appraisals and people management
  • Budgeting for the department and cost management
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders
  • Work-flow and leave management - ensuring deliverables are to compliance and standards


The Administration Manager will have the following duties

  • Higher Education in Business Administration or relevant studies
  • Over 8 years solid experience in a Administration manager role
  • Candidates MUST have worked the Legal Industry
  • HR experience - solid understanding of HK Labour Law
  • Strong language skills- fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Must be proactive, a team player, open minded
