Aquatic Operations Supervisor

The incumbent will be knowledgeable of divisional and departmental visions, missions, policies, standard operation procedures and contingency planning. He/she will be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe operating environment to the guests and perform pre-operational inspections of rides, slides and attractions. He/she will lead a team to provide job training, manage daily attendance, task performance, behavior, coaching, appraisals and personal development plans. In addition, he/she has to ensure all departmental checklists and forms are being completed and filed appropriately.

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• With at least 4 years’ operational work experience in service/aquatic recreation field
• Holder of Pool Lifeguard Award or above issued by Hong Kong Life Saving Society and/or must be obtained in probationary period
• Holder of Aquatic First Aid Certificate issued by Hong Kong Life Saving Society and/or must be obtained in probationary period
• Holder of First Aid Certificate and AED Provider Certificate issued by Hong Kong St. John Ambulance Association or other recognized authority and/or must be obtained in probationary period
• Proficient in swimming
• 20/25 vision, corrected or uncorrected
• Must pass a color vision test
• Willing to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays
