- Perform bill run and other validation activities
- Review bill data and ensure revenue is recorded properly
- Ensure quality and timeliness of billing to customers
- Participate in AR system upgrades and perform UATs
- Handle customer enquiries and disputes, and drive resolution
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in Billing or AR
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel such as pivot table, vlookup, etc.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to work under pressure
