- Responsible for accounts receivable
- Input client payments for settling bills
- Issuing receipts
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Strong command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Ideally suited for candidate with 3-5 year's experience in a local law firm and wish to progress to a bigger firm
- Higher Diploma holder in accounting and finance or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in accounting field preferably in law firm
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Detail-minded, good team player, excellent interpersonal skills
- Mature to work independently
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
