- Work with the infrastructure project team to implement alternative solutions to replace IBM AIX/ AS400 platforms
- Analyze business requirements, reference architectures, and enterprise architecture roadmap
- Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and industry practices in line with the business strategy
- Participate in discussion with cybersecurity teams to drive secure, robust, and consistent solution design principles
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 7+ Years of working experience related to IT Infrastructure, preferably in insurance companies
- Hands-on experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration of IBM Power Server products
- Previous experience in the installation, configuration, and migration of VIOS/ AS400/ AIX would be an advantage
- Proficient in English and Chinese communication
