- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive brand awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising, social media, influencer collaborations, and public relations.
- Support the creation of engaging content for various platforms, such as websites, social media channels, and product packaging.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in managing brand budgets and ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Coordinate and participate in product launches, events, and trade shows to generate brand awareness and drive sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as agencies, vendors, and influencers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles in the cosmetic industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and consumer insights.
