- Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and establish new business connections.
- Monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the construction or design industry.
- Familiarity with sanitary fittings, plumbing systems, or related products is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
