  • Assist in developing and executing the ecommerce strategy for the consumer electronics category, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the Product team to manage product listings, descriptions, and specifications on the ecommerce platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source new products, negotiate pricing, and maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and product assortment.
  • Assist in planning and executing online marketing initiatives, including email marketing, paid advertising, social media promotions, and SEO optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Web Development team to ensure the ecommerce website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
  • Assist in managing customer feedback and reviews, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on ecommerce performance metrics, providing regular updates to the Ecommerce Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ecommerce and consumer electronics.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 + years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, and social media.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
