Provide day-to-day operations support for shops in all aspects, including but not limited to roster issues, shop notice, shop cleaning and maintenance, stock take arrangement etc. Support the team for exhibition tasks, shop opening or closing projects and purchase shop daily necessities and materials Handle the shop operating system development for improving shop automation efficiency Liaise with relative departments to maintain efficient operations support Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures in line with business objectives Handle the documentation work and analysis report for management Handle payment, goods and coupon requisitions of relative operations expenses Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned University graduate in any discipline At least 2 years’ relevant experience in operations support and administration preferably from retail industry Experience in front-line operations would be definitely an advantage Independent, detail-oriented and with good multi-tasking and coordination skills Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive can-do attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing Good command of both written &
