- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to gather and analyze business requirements for life insurance systems.
- Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of life insurance processes.
- Conduct thorough testing of life insurance applications, including policy administration, underwriting, claims, and billing systems, to identify defects, validate functionality, and ensure compliance with business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the life insurance domain
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during the testing phase
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in software testing or business analysis are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the life insurance industry, with a focus on automation testing and UAT.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex business and technical issues.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Cantonese speaker is preferred
