- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze business processes.
- Conduct gap analysis and implement the best solution, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to industry best practices.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
- Develop comprehensive business requirements documents, functional specifications, and test plans.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project goals.
- Provide expert guidance on system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and facilitate smooth implementation of new systems or process changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to the financial domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the financial industry
- Must have hands-on experience in implementing and/or revamping accounting or budgeting systems, ideally in a financial institution
- Experience in business process revamping would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
