- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on agency-related reports, analysis, and dashboards, including daily production, progress, contests/conventions, monthly agency targets, and management reports.
- Perform business analysis and provide comments and recommendations on agents' performance.
- Maintain accurate databases and agency hierarchies across all systems.
- Coordinate users' report generation requests, design test plans, and execute user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide comments and recommendations to improve operational efficiency during the report generation process.
- Update and maintain documented procedures and functional specifications.
- Handle inquiries from internal departments.
- Willingness to perform job rotation as required.
- Transfer knowledge to application/database developers and project managers.
- Prepare operational support documentation.
- Interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements using analytical and product management skills.
- Gather information from multiple sources, evaluate it critically, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from true needs.
- Coordinate between technology teams, support teams, and business units.
- Obtain relevant licenses for regulated activities if required.
- Actively participate in departmental transformation exercises, review workflows/procedures, and provide recommendations for streamlining and eliminating non-value-added processes.
- Participate in business analysis-related system enhancement and report automation projects.
Education &
Experience:
- University degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in the financial industry, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in data mining, MIS, or business analytics.
Specific Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as PowerBI and/or QlikView.
- Experience with Databricks and PySpark is a plus.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions.
