- Responsible for supporting Private Bank Relationship Managers in building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Handle account openings and KYC documentations
- Execute client orders for global securities transactions by conducting pre-trade checks, trade booking, and settlement
- Assist in attending to client queries and address client feedback
- Monitor and prepare reports for management to identify trends in assessing the risk of the business
- Work closely with different Product Desks to gain perspectives
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline
- 2+ years of working experience in front line client service including trade execution, client onboarding, and account maintenance within Banking or FI with corporate or PB client exposure
- Need to have HKSI paper 1 before onboarding
- Fluency in English and Mandarin. Cantonese would be a plus (IANG visa welcome)
- Someone who wants to be ARM, not a banker
