- Assist Private Bank Relationship Managers in establishing client relationships.
- Manage account opening and ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation requirements.
- Execute client orders for global securities transactions.
- Provide support in addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Capture, monitor, and prepare reports for management to identify trends and assess business risk.
- Collaborate closely with various Product Desks to gain valuable insights and perspectives.
- Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration, Finance or relevant discipline
- Fresh graduate with Private banking intern experience or 2 years of working experience in banking industry, preferably in front office or client servicing field
- Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
- Work collaboratively with team member
- Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
- Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
