job description
- Work closely with Finance, Legal and operations team to ensure compliance of contract agreements
- Supports continent and area leaders with reconstruction and analysis of contract compliance discrepancies, such as prior year adjustments, incentive fee calculation, tax treatment errors and determine risk and exposure
- Review contracts, billing, and e compliance on fees calculations, renewals and expiration etc
- Prepare for annual Operating Statement and certification
- Prepare for contract adjustments
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting related subjects
- At least 2+ years of accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Immediate start
