- Act as the supervisor to lead the daily operations of the department
- Handle high volume of corporate customer enquires and coordinate closely with the internal parties to solve the cases
- Formulate guidelines and deliver training for customer service team to maintain quality service level
- Work closely with the regional teams on customer satisfaction enhancements
- At least 4 years of Customer Service/ Client Success experience in the logistics industry is required
- Solid experience in managing team and setting up SOP
- Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM system
