  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Follow up on customer orders and provide regular updates on delivery status, ensuring transparency and proactive communication throughout the process.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to coordinate and expedite project delivery, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and deadlines.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, order details, and communication logs in the company's system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer service process, recommending and implementing process enhancements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on customer interactions and needs.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and market information to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a merchandising/customer service/sales coordination role
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to anticipate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
