  • Handle order processing and ensure payments are accurately paid and fulfilled.
  • Provide great customer support and follow up on customer complaints and inquiries
  • Able to upsell andpromote company's products and promotions with walk-in customers

  • At least one year of working experience in customer service role is advantages
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good computer literacy and use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detailed oriented with great interpersonal skills
