- Handle order processing and ensure payments are accurately paid and fulfilled.
- Provide great customer support and follow up on customer complaints and inquiries
- Able to upsell andpromote company's products and promotions with walk-in customers
- Provide general support to sales and marketing team in accordance to overall company direction
- At least one year of working experience in customer service role is advantages
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good computer literacy and use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Detailed oriented with great interpersonal skills
- Presentable and well mannered.
