  • Post-secondary or above
  • Minimum 3 years' related working experience
  • Presentable, independent, mature and customer-oriented
  • Excellent language ability
  • Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available preferred
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications
