- Develop, implement, and maintain end-to-end IAM lifecycle and governance activities, aligning with stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of IAM services like IGA, PAM, and IdP.
- Enhance access provisioning, RBAC, and access certifications.
- Coach organization members on IAM best practices.
- Build and maintain technology, integrations, and automation for continuous authentication and authorization.
- Stay up-to-date on IAM best practices, including Zero Trust Architecture and Consumer-IAM.
- Contribute to cyber transformation and collaborate with internal teams for security maturity.
- Manage vendor relationships for effective service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or related roles.
- Deep knowledge of IAM technologies including SAML, OAuth/OIDC, WS-FED, and other authentication methods.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Skilled in problem-solving and influencing teams for positive outcomes.
- Preferred certifications:
CIAM, CISSP, CISM. - Experience with IAM solutions and directory platforms (e.G., SailPoint, CyberArk, HashiCorp, ForgeRock, Active Directory) highly desirable.
