- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs related to insurance agency compensation.
- Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and generate insights to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Utilize Python and SQL to manipulate, transform, and analyze large volumes of data.
- Design and implement data models and databases to support the agency compensation project.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to provide stakeholders with actionable information.
- Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing and validation procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, Python, SQL, and database management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to write efficient queries and scripts.
- Solid understanding of database management concepts and experience with database systems (e.G., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Python libraries (e.G., Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (e.G., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of insurance agency administration and compensation processes is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. English and Chinese.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
