- Develop and deliver agent behavioral analytics deliverables to Agency business units
- Monitor and analyze agent behavior using big data to provide relevant business insights and recommendations
- Facilitate the application of data-driven decisions across the business and enable dialogue on analytic insights
- Explore the use of structured and unstructured data for agent analytics purposes
- Develop advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to enhance effectiveness and leverage unstructured data
- Conduct simulation and evaluation analysis on different incentive programs' impact on agent production
- Establish a continuous learning path based on agent, product, and customer data for ongoing agent business growth
- Act as a subject matter expert, trainer, and advocate to enhance the data analytics skillset and culture among analysts
- Influence and advocate for data analytics technology and adoption, setting the agent data strategy and vision
- Collaborate with business leaders to deliver value-driven data analytics and align with agency business needs
- Drive the development and implementation of agent analytics solutions within the agency business unit
- Contribute ideas to enrich agent data
- Timely delivery of assigned reports/analysis according to predefined timelines
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality
- Adhere to work procedures and company standards
Education &
Experience
- Previous relevant working/research experience for 3-5 years and recently worked as Data Scientist
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or relevant quantitative field. Master or PhD degree is preferred
Specific Skills
- Solid hands on experience with Python, PySpark and SQL
- Hands on experience with PowerBI is a plus
- Deep experience in applying artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques/algorithms, infused with industry knowledge, to enhance business strategies
- Strong in transforming analytical concepts and developments into business strategies and applications for the uplift of business value
- Ability to build strong stakeholders' relationships through thorough understanding of business requirements and the ability to analyse issues to find effective solutions
- Solid experience in training analysts on machine learning techniques and their real-world advantages/drawbacks
- Effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
