- Assist in the planning of initiatives, including resource allocation, budgeting, and project prioritization.
- Provide support to the Project Management Office (PMO) in monitoring, managing, and overseeing transformation programs/initiatives.
- Participate in project planning, testing, and project launch implementation.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, such as business users, operations, IT, audit, legal, and compliance, to ensure effective project governance and communication.
- Proactively manage project risks and recommend mitigating measures when necessary.
- Prepare management presentations for local, regional, and global stakeholders.
- University degree and possess at least 2 years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in financial institutions or data analytics.
- Previous experience in managing CRM platforms/digital projects and collaborating with IT, vendors, and project counterparts
- Ability to overcome challenges, devise innovative solutions, and work in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish connections with others.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin (Putonghua), and Cantonese
