- Efficiently handle incidents, service requests, and trend identification.
- Take ownership of incidents and service requests, ensuring prompt completion within SLA.
- Continuously enhance knowledge and skills to support seamless operations.
- Proactively identify and prevent recurring issues or service risks, elevating customer service and internal processes.
- Manage vendors, finances, procurement, and lifecycle of IT assets while obtaining optimal value for the organization.
- Higher Diploma/ Associate's Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related subjects
- Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in IT helpdesk/ deskside positions
- Excellent knowledge in M365 suite including MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.
- Capable of handling Cisco &
Meraki networking equipment, including routers, switches, APs, and firewalls - Highly proficient in English communication, both in written and spoken
