Responsibilities:
- Provide technology support services to the on-site users that meets the SLA levels
- Engage with end users, provide on-call support throughout the incident management cycle
- Assist in the network and server monitoring to provide support when necessary
- Support VIP users including senior stakeholders, directors, and executives
- Assist in projects or changes related to the end user computing technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant disciplines
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in deskside support
- Technically proficient in MS Windows, O365, MS Teams, Zoom
- Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
