Responsibilities:

  • Provide technology support services to the on-site users that meets the SLA levels
  • Engage with end users, provide on-call support throughout the incident management cycle
  • Assist in the network and server monitoring to provide support when necessary
  • Support VIP users including senior stakeholders, directors, and executives
  • Assist in projects or changes related to the end user computing technology


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant disciplines
  • Preferably 3+ years of experience in deskside support
  • Technically proficient in MS Windows, O365, MS Teams, Zoom
  • Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
