- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing techniques, including PPC advertising, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Proficient in SEM strategies, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.
- Experience managing social media platforms, creating content calendars, and executing social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyze website performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
