- Develop, execute, and implement digital initiatives through social media platforms to enhance our digital presence and drive park attendance and revenue.
- Formulate social media strategies and oversee the planning and execution of social media campaigns to maximize engagement and achieve business objectives across different markets.
- Supervise social media monitoring to track performance, identify opportunities, and manage crisis situations in the digital space.
- Manage the production of digital promotion materials, ensuring high-quality content and effective messaging that resonates with the target audience.
- Project manage each campaign, overseeing project initiation, ideation, media and channel planning, content production, execution, and post-campaign result measurement and evaluation.
- Evaluate digital campaigns using data analytics and observations, and provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and share digital business insights within the marketing teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies/vendors to ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements - Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related disciplines
- With at least 7 years’ experience in managing digital marketing project, previous experience in social media management is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.
- Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated business acumen;
a track record of excellent performance meeting targets and objectives
- Knowledge in Google Analytics, ad tracking tools and social media monitoring tools
- Experience gained in travel, entertainment and hospitality industry would be an advantage
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
