- High level of responsibility in managing and coordinating activities around HR team
- Pro-active, professional contact and co-ordination with external parties, business personnel and peer counterparts
- Coordinate the scheduling of interviews locally, including room booking, video conferencing, itineraries and manage the recruitment data sufficiently
- Comprehensive diary management and scheduling of external and internal meetings/calls
- Arrangement of business travel and logistics
- Processing of expense reports and invoice in a timely manner
- Responsible for general office administrative duties, ad-hoc project and/or event
- Local support of visiting team members from other offices
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- High fluency in English and Cantonese
- Good judgement of appropriate conduct
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Proactive and motivated personality with attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to use own initiative and to prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong service attitude
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work under pressure
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and demonstrate initiative, versatility and flexibility
