job description
- Provide IT support to the school campus users
- Identify and resolve user issues relating to PC, laptop, Mac, and mobile devices
- Install computer hardware and software according to the user requests
- Support in the audio-visual equipment set-up
- Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as required
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Open to fresh-graduates with relevant internship experience
- Previous working experience in IT hardware support would be an advantage
- Familiar with Windows, MacOS, system and networking equipment
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication
