  • Handle complaints in a professional manner so as to recover client's confidence in the bank and safeguard the bank's good image
  • Identify and escalate any potential risks and areas for improvements
  • Provide recommendations for service enhancement
  • Ensure timely investigation and resolution according to group standard
  • Conduct training and sharing sessions to team members




  • At least 7 years of working experience in insurance / finance industry and good understanding of the insurance operations
  • Complaint Management experience is required
  • Passed IIQE 1,3,5 papers
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
