- Handle complaints in a professional manner so as to recover client's confidence in the bank and safeguard the bank's good image
- Identify and escalate any potential risks and areas for improvements
- Provide recommendations for service enhancement
- Ensure timely investigation and resolution according to group standard
- Conduct training and sharing sessions to team members
- At least 7 years of working experience in insurance / finance industry and good understanding of the insurance operations
- Complaint Management experience is required
- Passed IIQE 1,3,5 papers
- Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
