- Handle end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, writing adverts, interviewing
- Handle on/off boarding processes
- To be the point of contact for HR matters across various designated BUs
- Work on employee relations, performance management and work with the engagement team to support wider team events and coordination
- Perform reports consolidation and headcount planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to meet business needs
- Higher Education in human resources or relevant
- Over 5 years solid experience in a large firm as a HR Generalist / HRBP
- Strong language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and multitask
- A team player, results orientated individual
