Hr Manager Up To 32k

The HR Manager will have the following duties

• Sourcing, screening, writing adverts and handling 360 recruitment process
  
• Handling on-boarding and off boarding processes
  
• Being the point of contact for HR matters to your responsible BU
  
• Working with the engagement team to support wider team events and coordination
  
• Consolidation of reports and headcount planning
  
• Help with talent management, secession planning
  
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders to meet business needs
  

The HR manager will have the following

• Higher Education in human resources or relevant
  
• Over 5 years solid experience in a large firm as a HR generalist
  
• Strong language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and multitask
  
• A team player, results orientated individual
