- Support ongoing client relationship management by preparing portfolio analysis materials for investor meetings
- Assist investors on the regular reporting and conduct market research
- Keep up to date with current trends in the industry and market dynamics impacting performance of the funds
- Work with internal and external parties to assist in due diligence processes for the global clients
- Organize roadshow and fundraise for various investment products
- Assist in global fundraising for blind pool funds, co-investment platforms and separate managed account vehicles
- Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting disciplines with 1-2 years' relevant experience
- Candidates from big 4 accounting firms, investment banking, private equity fund or investor relations are highly preferred
- Possess strong research, analytical, numerical, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who thrives on challenge in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Candidates with deep understanding of real estate markets and investment instruments preferred
