- Handling projects involving the implementation of office, deskside, and building technologies.
- Vendor management:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to establish and select vendors based on their expertise, capabilities, and alignment with project requirements. - Support Technical projects and utilise your IT support experience to oversee the implementation of technical projects.
- Provide technical guidance in stakeholder meetings as a subject matter expert
- Ensure office technology solution in best practices. Identify opportunities to enhance project management methodologies, tools, and processes. Collaborate with the team to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
- University degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Proven 3 years' experience in IT support and network
- IT support background with solid knowledge on network, server office, O365, AD, Teams, Zoom
- Proven experience as an IT Project Specialist or similar role, with a focus on vendor management and technical project completion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, showing can-do attitude.
