job description

  • Support on the implementation of end user software &
    hardware of local and regional projects
  • Perform software and hardware installation and upgrade and provide a high quality of service to all PC users of the Branch
  • Support the team in ensure that both project and BAU activities are maintain within agreed service level
  • Provide support for all PC hardware and software, and PC assessment management


  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technologies or related disciplines
  • Has relevant work experience as an IT Support in sizeable corporations
  • Good technical understanding of installing and maintaining PC hardware and software applications
  • Familiar with troubleshooting MS Windows, M365, video conferencing software
  • Proficient in English and Chinese communication, both in written and spoken
