Provide technical support to office users, including troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems and assisting with system configurations Act as the primary point of contact for shop support, addressing and resolving computer-related issues, hardware and network connectivity concerns In the office support, conduct regular system maintenance, including software updates, security patches and hardware upgrades Provide training and guidance to end-users on utilizing computer systems and software effectively On call or on-site support for urgent cases during the holiday Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related discipline Microsoft related certificates &
