job description
- Reviewing finance, security documents as facility and security agent
- Preparing document summarizing the bank's role and checklists as agent in each transaction
- Checking conditions precedent or subsequent to Loan Agreement
- Notifying to borrower interest, principal, and/or any other fees due
- Relay of funds between borrower and lenders in cooperation with the back office
- Managing project accounts (earnings, reserve, etc.) and checking fund movement
- Checking covenants, undertaking of borrower or guarantor
- Researching credit information of counterparties and relevant market trend
- Preparing report on credit information of counterparties for loan proposals
- Preparing report on various industries in which the bank has exposure
- Bachelor degree holder in Finance or Accounting or relevant disciplines
- With at least 2-3 years experience in security / collateral in banking sector
- Reliable and responsible with positive working attitude
- Good command of both written and verbal in English
