- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of required shipping and trade documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other customs-related documents.
- Coordinate import and export operations, including transportation arrangements, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers to ensure the smooth flow of goods across borders.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to stakeholders and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the transportation process.
- Handle customs clearance processes, including the preparation of customs declarations, payment of duties and taxes, and coordination with customs authorities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to LC operations, import/export activities, and customs clearance processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, import/export operations, and LC management, preferably in the food processing or distribution industry.
- Familiarity with LC terms and conditions.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
