- Manage the import/export operations for the regional market, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and requirements.
- Coordinate the transportation and logistics activities, including shipment consolidation, documentation, and tracking.
- Oversee the handling of return goods, including the implementation of efficient processes for returns, exchanges, and repairs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the retail and inventory teams, to optimize inventory management and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Liaise with customs authorities and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes and resolve any related issues.
- Diploma or above education in business administration, logistics, supply chain or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics management, specifically within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with return goods handling processes and reverse logistics.
- Proficiency in customs clearance procedures and working with customs authorities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
