- Identify, acquire, and establish long-term partnerships with relevant influencers in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors globally, with a particular focus on North America and Europe, in line with the global expansion strategy for the Influencer Program.
- Develop innovative campaign ideas and initiatives to actively engage and activate influencers, ensuring their ongoing participation and contribution to the program's growth.
- Support the loyalty program by implementing various initiatives that enhance influencers' membership lifetime value, fostering sustainable growth and loyalty among the influencer community.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness through comprehensive analysis reports, conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive strategic initiatives that enhance influencer experience, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels, taking a results-driven approach, including formulating social media strategies, creating compelling content, and promptly addressing inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams for system development and enhancement to optimize program performance.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing/E-commerce/Business/Communications or related fields
- 1-2 years of hands on experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media management, CRM or loyalty program etc., preferably in fashion or beauty industry
- Great command of spoken English, other languages would be an added plus
- Strong communication skills and capability to maintain great working relationships with influencers
- Team player
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant or Assistant Marketing Executive
