Job Responsibilities

  • To monitor the day-to-day operation of Church's building facilities, venue arrangement and security.
  • Oversee the building systems and facilities' maintenance and repair works of the Church's properties.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders for service order management and technical advisory respectively.
  • Prepare design, technical specifications and tender / RFQ document for outsourcing repair, maintenance and improvement works of Church's properties.
  • Manage the outsourced service or maintenance contracts and monitor the service vendor / contractor's performance to ensure compliance and statutory requirements.
  • Provide guidance to technical staffs / cleaner / guard to ensure their delivery of work in accordance to the statutory requirements and quality services.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the superior.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above, in M&
    E, Building Services or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in facilities management field.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
    customer-oriented, goodleadership, presentation and interpersonal skills with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.


Working Hours
