Part Time Operations Ambassador

The incumbent will be trained up for multiple skill sets in providing all rounded operational support for Water World and Ocean Park. The skill sets including but not limited to area of guest services, main gate and counter operations, guest flow management, general cleaning, security related duties, attractions or guest facility operations, event and charter operations etc.
Hourly rate:
HK$67

Working hour

• 8-10 hours per day (Subject to park opening hour)
• 2-6 days per week, include weekends, holiday and holiday eve

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• With working experience in customer service or recreation operations is preferred
• Responsible, pleasant, customers-orientated and with good communications skills
• High sensitivity to safety and service related issue
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Willing to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays
