- Manage payroll processing for our employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including tax laws and labour laws
- Manage the payroll team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures
- Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related transactions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed
- Analyse and report on payroll-related data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in payroll management
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labour laws
- Experience managing a payroll team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
