The Personal Assistant will have the following duties
- Calendar Management and travel arrangement
- Accompanying the chairman for business trips - variety of short and long stays (1 month)
- Booking internal and external meetings
- Client meetings with the chairman and taking minutes &
presentation preparation - Handling expense claims
- Adhoc duties as required
The Personal Assistant will have the following background
- Higher education in business administration or relevant
- Over 4 years solid experience as a PA and travelling role is an advantage
- Must be flexible, adaptable and also a team player
- Must be willing to travel for up to 1 month a time when required
- Strong language skills- fluency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin- Japanese is an advantage
