- Manage policy administration services including data capture, policy documents and renewal invitations issuance
- Support day-to-day operation related to P&
C products including Motor, Individual Medical, Marine and other GI products - Assist underwriting and operation team and ensure operational efficiency as well as accurate service deliverable
- Support and conduct UAT testing
- Degree holder or above
- Sound knowledge in General Insurance (GI) product knowledge
- 2-3 years of experience in policy administration and/or operation from insurers or insurance brokers
- Experience in conducting UAT for digital transformation project is a plus
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command in English and Chinese
